1. Add a scoop of cubed ice, 25ml of white rum, 25ml lime juice, 25ml overproof rum, 25ml orange, 25ml pineapple juice and 15ml ALKIMI sugar free passionfruit syrup to a Boston shaker
2. Shake and pour into a hurricane glass
3. Top with 10ml Alkimi Grenadine, drizzle with ­Captain Morgan
4. Garnish with half a lime, drizzle overproof rum and set alight
